How do We Host a Party at Twinkle Land?

Where do we Eat?
We offer a semi-private dining area reserved exclusively for your party. You will have 9 tables available for you to arrange and use as your preferences.
The area features a stage and a television, where we can play your customized video or photos during the celebration.
The area is available for 1 hour and 30 minutes, with a reservation fee of $380. One additional hour cost an extra $150.
The area can accommodate up to 48 seated guests. If you have more than 48 guests, additional adults can stand next to their children.
Regardless of whether you have 10 or 48 guests, the reservation fee is for the space itself and not based on the number of people.

How do we Play?
At Twinkle Land, we use Twinkle Coins for activities, which can be purchased at the register.
Play is not included in the $380 table reservation fee. It is a separate charge, paid with Twinkle Coins.
The entrance fee is 32 Twinkle Coins for the playground, 23 Twinkle Coins for the DIY zone, and each game in the arcade zone costs between 2 to 5 Twinkle Coins. There is no time limit for the play zones once admission is purchased.
If you want to book a party for 10 guests, here is an example of the total spending:
-The party room reservation fee is $380.
-You will need 32 x 10 = 320 Twinkle coins for the playground access. Recharging $300 gives you 370 Twinkle Coins.
Keep in mind the playground is designed for children aged 1-10 years. There is no age restriction for the DIY or arcade sections.
Total spending:
-Party room reservation fee: $380
-Recharge fee: $300
Total: $680
This includes the party room and enough Twinkle Coins for all guests, plus extra coins for future use. The birthday child receives one free entrance to the playground on the party day.

What type of food services are available at Twinkle Land?
You’re welcome to bring outside catering for the party, or you can choose food from our cafe.
If you choose to offer food from our cafe for the party, we will gift you 30 extra Twinkle Coins.
There are two food options available:
1. Outside catering
2. Food from our cafe
If you choose food from our cafe, we offer:

•Please refer to our cafe menu for available flavors and inform us of any food restrictions.
•To order food from our cafe, please notify the front desk at least 7 days before your party.
Please note that alcohol is not allowed in the playground.

Party Policies and Rules
1. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the party.
2.Outside food and drinks are permitted to the party only; please adhere to food safety regulations.
3. The designated dining area is reserved for 1.5 hours, but playtime is unlimited.
4. Decorations are permitted; however, fines may be applied for any damages incurred.
5. Our staff takes care of post-party cleanup. However, we kindly ask that confetti not be used. If used inside the designated party area, a $200 cleaning fee applies, and a $400 cleaning fee applies if used in other areas in the playground.
6. If you have any special requests or accommodations needed for the party, please inform the playground staff in
advance. Enjoy!
7.You will have 15 minutes before your reserved party time to decorate, as well as 15 minutes afterward to cleanup. Our staff will be available to assist you with the cleanup process. For parties starting at 10am, you can arrive at 9:30am and inform our staff that you’re here to decorate. They will grant you early access to the store before the official opening time.
8.The playground requires grip socks for both children and adults. Please remember to bring your own grip socks and kindly remind your guests to do the same. Grip socks are also available at Twinkle Land Play cafe for a fee.
9. IMPORTANT: Please sign the waivers and take a screenshot in advance. Share the waiver link with your guests to help shorten the check-in time when all the kids arrive on site. One waiver per child is required.
Reschedule and Cancellation Policy
• Requests to reschedule a party must be made at least 3 days prior to the original booking date.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability. The first rescheduling is free, with a $30 fee for subsequent requests.
• Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Fee: Please note that a $25 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations, regardless of when they occur. This fee is a transaction cost imposed by our payment processor, and unfortunately, we are unable to waive it.
2. Cancellation Timeline: To receive a full refund (minus the cancellation fee), cancellations must be made at least 10 days before your reservation date. Cancellations made within 10 days of the reservation are not eligible for a refund but can be rescheduled.
3. No Exceptions: We kindly ask for your understanding that we must follow these guidelines for all cancellations, as we are unable to make exceptions.
